Dr Wanda Tshabalala
Dr Tshabalala completed his medical degree (MBChB) at the University of Cape Town, followed by his internship and community service in Newcastle, his hometown.
Dr Tshabalala served as a medical officer in internal medicine for one year before specialising in internal medicine at Grey’s Hospital and the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he obtained the Fellowship of the College of Physicians of South Africa (FCP (SA)) and a Master of Medicine.
He subsequently trained as a cardiology fellow at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital, earning the Certificate in Cardiology (SA) Phys, and later served as a cardiology consultant at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital.
